1. **NGO Registration Certificate**

or Section 8 of the Companies Act.
2. **PAN Card of the NGO**
A copy of the PAN card issued to the NGO.
3. **Details of Office Bearers**
PAN numbers and Aadhaar details of the Chairman/President, Secretary/CEO, and Treasurer/CFO.
4. **Details of Key Personnel**
Information such as the names, designations, contact numbers, and email IDs of the key members.
5. **Financial Statements (if applicable)**
Copies of the NGO’s audited financial statements may be required for further verification,
especially if you are applying for government grants.
6. **Valid Email and Mobile Number**
Registered email ID and mobile number for OTP verification and further communication.
